Director of the European Research “Building an inclusive and democratic Europe against the rise of fascism and xenophobia”. CODAPA Award 2023 from the Andalusian Confederation of AMPA for his defence of public education and the dissemination of alternatives to build an inclusive, democratic and common good pedagogy

Promoter and member of the university teaching group Uni-Digna, for a University at the service of the common good and socially committed, made up of 80 professors from the State’s public universities. Promoter and member of the Network of Universities for a Critical and Socially Committed Pedagogical Renewal, in which 16 public universities currently participate. Member of the Seville Forum, For Another Educational Policy. Member of the Networks for a New Educational Policy, which brings together groups, movements, unions, MRPs, family federations, political parties, etc., that defend a public, secular, democratic, inclusive and free education. He is also vice president of the Forum for the Memory of León, which works on the recovery of historical memory, and secretary of the Prometeo Association, Men for Equality of León.
